At the present time, CottonJunction is only able to ship to addresses in the United States
and Canada. In the near future we plan to add additional countries. All quoted prices
are in US Dollars.
Since you are receiving a 100 % cotton garment, you can expect your shirt to shrink about
3-5 % over the first few washings. Each washing will also bring more comfort and softness.
CottonJunction highly values customer loyalty, and greatly appreciates your business.
Our Valued Customer Discount program offers an 11th pique
shirt free for every 10 pique shirts purchased, or an 11th rugby
shirt free for every 10 rugby shirts purchased. Also, for every 10 pique or
rugby shirts purchased, you may select a free pique shirt.
About our return policy.......
The bottom line is that CottonJunction wants you to be delighted with your purchase. We
strive for 100% satisfaction, and aim to ship all orders 1-2 days from receipt
of your payment. In the event we are out of an item, we will also notify you in
1-2 days.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with anything
you receive from us, we require the following for full exchange or refund:
1) Return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it.
2) Ship the item in good, clean, and unwashed condition with its original packaging.
3) Enclose a brief explanation as to what was wrong with the item.
4) State whether you are seeking an equal exchange or complete refund.
Our response will be the following:
1) For defective goods, based upon your request, we will either send you a
new item or a complete refund.
2) For goods that did not fit properly, we will send you the same style and color item in
